Goodbye to dieting

We overeat or are attracted to the wrong foods for many reasons. It can be due to our beliefs we have about food learned as a child from our parents. Or it can be due to a life style that makes it difficult find time to exercise and inconvenient to find healthy food. Sometimes we over eat out of boredom or because we are unhappy about something and food makes us feel temporarily better.

Diets do not address these issues which is why they seldom work in the long-term. Once these issues have been identified and resolved, better, more productive habits can be installed and choosing healthy food and eating the right amounts is easy.
